We build what should exist
We build what we are convinced should exist, whether that is a gap we spotted or a conviction we hold. If we do not believe in it, we do not make it.
PY is a product company. We build our own software, and take on client work as PY & Co. It all ships under the same initials, so it all has to be good.
Software worth signing. One name goes on all of it, and every release has to be worth carrying it.
What we make
We design, build, and own our software. We do the same for clients: the same hands, the same standard, not a lighter version for hire.
The software we make for ourselves, and the heart of the company. Made and owned in-house, AI-native, and shipped when it is right.
Sites, apps, dashboards, and AI systems, built with you to the standard we hold our own titles to, and kept running long after launch.
How we work
We build what we are convinced should exist, whether that is a gap we spotted or a conviction we hold. If we do not believe in it, we do not make it.
A confusing or ugly product has not done its job. How it works and how it feels are the same thing.
Greatness lives where disciplines meet. Ours is the intersection of world-class design and serious engineering. Neither half is enough alone.
Launch is the start, not the finish. We keep what we ship running and quietly getting better, and we never run out of ways to improve it.
No ads, no dark patterns, nothing built to trick the person using it. What you see is what it is.
We own the tools, not the other way around. AI-native by conviction, used with intent, never a crutch or a gimmick.
We give the work the best we have. Good enough is somebody else’s measure. It has never been ours.
Behind the work
PY are the initials of Paulo Yamagishi, who founded the company and runs it. He stays close to everything it makes. The initials point to a person, not a brand.
